This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which LeapThought New Zealand Limited (hereinafter referred to as “LeapThought”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (hereafter “Users”, each “User”, or “you”) of the Excelens Add-in (hereinafter referred to as “app”). By using the app, you accept this Privacy Policy across your organization.

We at LeapThought adopt necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect collected Users’ personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, sharing or other wrongful activities by third parties.

We may collect personal identification information about the Users including but not limited to email addresses, number of processes submitted and number of actions completed. We strictly do not collect any confidential information about the users which is already protected by Microsoft Office 365 including passwords. We may collect this information in variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when the app is installed, when a user is added to the system, when a process is submitted, when an action is rejected or when an action is approved.

To improve user experience by identifying segregated information on how Users use the app.
To collect and analyze app usage statistics.
To send periodic emails specific to the app including app updates and new features.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated information about our Visitors and Users, which does not reveal any Users’ personal identification information, with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers. LeapThought reserves the right to share Users’ personal information without prejudice if (i) the disclosure is provisioned by applicable legislation to the extent permitted by the legal procedure; (ii) Sharing is stipulated within limits of sale or other transfer of business (in full or partially), in which case the buyer assumes all obligations in this Policy with regards to obtained personal information.

LeapThought has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy for any changes.

By using the app, you agree and accept the term of this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use our app. Your continued use of the app following the posting of changes to this Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
